Welcome to my private practice for psychotherapy & coaching.
Sometimes things may seem to work well on the outside, yet feel out of alignment on the inside. In a safe and confidential space, I support you in recognizing unhelpful patterns, gaining new perspectives, and navigating personal or professional challenges.
My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy with schema therapy techniques, tailored to your individual life situation. I work with individuals as well as couples to help create lasting clarity, emotional stability, and an improved quality of life.
