If you could redesign primary care, what would you do? Maximilian Waldmann and Frederic Haitz asked themselves this question at the end of 2019, and their answer gave rise to ETERNO, which opened in summer 2022. Together with doctors, the ETERNO team developed a modern, digital and patient-oriented medical practice. With modern medicine and innovative technology, ETERNO enables doctors and therapists to focus on what matters most: the health of their patients.

The ETERNO model combines medical self-employment with a comprehensive service network, including state-of-the-art practice spaces, digital infrastructure, and extensive support in practice management. As a physician at ETERNO, you remain fully independent while being freed from administrative burdens.
ETERNO offers physicians a wide range of opportunities to shape their professional future. Fully equipped practice spaces are available for establishing a new practice. If you already operate an existing practice, you may relocate it to an ETERNO space and benefit from the ETERNO health ecosystem and a modern working environment.
Alternatively, you can book ETERNO spaces to expand your current services. By opening an additional location within an ETERNO space, you can broaden your range of treatments, extend your catchment area, and reach new patient groups.
Thanks to flexible usage models, you can organize your working hours according to your individual needs — offering greater flexibility and an improved work–life balance.
ETERNO takes care of all administrative aspects of practice operations, allowing you to focus entirely on patient care. We handle appointment scheduling, waiting room management, and telephone services, as well as the equipment, maintenance, and upkeep of your facilities. In addition, our cloud-based practice software, ETERNO Cloud, supports the digitalization of your practice. We also provide ongoing support in the areas of quality management and compliance.
Patients at ETERNO benefit above all from a modern and welcoming environment. Bright, spacious rooms create a pleasant atmosphere in which patients feel comfortable. At ETERNO, the traditional waiting room is replaced by the cozy Velvaere Café, where patients and visitors can enjoy snacks and refreshments. Thanks to efficient workflows and digital appointment management, waiting times are kept to a minimum.
