The doctor as a data controller
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we regard the doctor as the data controller. Our role is to act as a responsible partner who carries out data processing strictly in accordance with the instructions and on behalf of the doctor. Each step of data processing is precisely documented in the order processing agreement (AVV) to ensure transparency and accountability.
Innovation and support through data
We firmly believe that healthcare professionals and innovations need data to improve processes, prevent errors, and ultimately optimize patient care. Our task is to reconcile these requirements by using data processing methods that are as data-efficient as possible. One approach we call private analytics includes techniques such as pseudonymization to maximize privacy while providing valuable insights.
