Services offered
Profound low mood and a loss of drive or pleasure shape the experience of those affected. Therapy helps individuals move out of emotional paralysis and gradually rebuild their quality of life.
Intense feelings of anxiety or sudden panic attacks often severely restrict daily life and personal freedom. The goal is to understand and break anxiety-triggering patterns and regain control over one’s life.
Major life changes or crises can temporarily overwhelm a person’s usual coping strategies. Professional support helps individuals process challenging transitions and adapt to new life circumstances.
Unconscious conflicts, early relationship experiences, and internal patterns often influence our thoughts and behavior more than we realize. In therapy, these connections are explored together with the aim of enabling deep, lasting change and a better understanding of one’s own personality.
Changes in perception and thinking can lead to a temporary loss of contact with reality. Together, strategies are developed to alleviate symptoms, manage crises, and support social reintegration.
An extreme fluctuation between euphoric highs and deep depressive episodes characterizes the individual’s emotional state. Treatment focuses on emotional stabilization and the development of a balanced daily routine.
Persistent difficulties falling or staying asleep deprive the body and mind of essential recovery. Through targeted sleep hygiene and identification of underlying causes, a healthy sleep rhythm is restored to improve overall vitality.
Recurrent, distressing thoughts or urges arise against one’s will and cause significant distress. In treatment, individuals learn to break the cycle of compulsions and regain a sense of autonomy in their actions.
Distressing past experiences intrude into the present through involuntary memories or flashbacks. Therapy provides a safe space for careful processing and psychological stabilization.
At the intersection of psychiatry and law, questions of criminal responsibility, risk assessment, and forensic evaluation are central. Sound psychiatric expertise helps to appropriately classify complex cases and formulate responsible recommendations.
