Services offered

In family planning, there are various challenges that can arise. If conception does not occur, several examinations may be indicated for men, which I am happy to explain and perform. When the desire for children is fulfilled, many men consider a vasectomy. Conversely, some men may develop a renewed desire for children some time after a vasectomy, in which case a vasectomy reversal (refertilization) can be performed. Both procedures can be carried out on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia or general anesthesia, depending on your preference.

Erectile dysfunction can be very distressing for men. After a thorough evaluation, I offer a range of treatment options, from oral medication to various injection therapies, as well as surgical procedures, including penile implants. Each case requires a careful assessment of the underlying issue, and together we determine the most appropriate approach for your individual situation.

A problem that can significantly affect quality of life is the inability to control urination – incontinence. The causes are varied: in women, it is often related to multiple childbirths, while in men, it frequently occurs after prostate surgery. Through a series of examinations, I determine the underlying cause and provide individualized treatment – ranging from medication to surgical intervention.

Problems with urination and recurrent urinary tract infections are often caused by urethral strictures in both men and women. Using ultrasound and video endoscopy, I can quickly identify the location of the problem and provide appropriate treatment – usually through a surgical procedure.

In urology, screening examinations are often offered. This usually means that a disease is already present and is simply detected at an early stage. I offer a urological risk assessment that goes beyond standard screening, allowing us to identify potential health issues and predict diseases before they cause any damage.

A second opinion is always appropriate and particularly important when an invasive treatment is being considered based on a medical finding. I take ample time with each patient to review different treatment options together and provide personalized guidance to determine the best approach.

After various illnesses and their treatments, follow-up examinations are necessary to detect potential complications and provide treatment if needed. I offer thorough and subtle examinations with a personalized schedule tailored to each patient. The equipment used is state-of-the-art, ensuring the highest level of precision and care.
