Prenatal care comprises regular medical check-ups designed to monitor the progression of pregnancy and the healthy development of the unborn child. The goal is the early detection of potential risks and complications, ensuring optimal care and support throughout pregnancy until delivery. Prenatal care includes physical examinations, ultrasound monitoring and additional diagnostic measures tailored to individual needs.
First trimester screening is a non-invasive examination carried out between the 11th and 14th week of pregnancy, combining ultrasound assessment with laboratory analyses. The purpose of this screening is to evaluate specific developmental parameters of the fetus and to determine statistical probabilities for chromosomal abnormalities. The results can offer valuable, evidence-based orientation and support informed decision-making throughout the remainder of the pregnancy.
Vaginal laser therapy is a treatment for the vaginal area that supports the regeneration of dry, painful, or itchy skin. Treatment with the vaginal laser stimulates the mucous membrane to regenerate, moisturize, and tighten. Vaginal laser therapy has been successfully used for postmenopausal vaginal atrophy, as well as for vulvodynia, stress incontinence, lichen sclerosus, scars, and vaginal relaxation syndrome. Pain during intercourse, frequent cystitis, an irritable bladder, and an unpleasant feeling of dryness can be treated with minimal complications.
Fallopian tube flushing is performed to evaluate potential causes of an unfulfilled desire to conceive. Using contrast-enhanced ultrasound, it can be assessed whether the fallopian tubes are open or affected by adhesions or obstructions.Beyond its diagnostic purpose, the procedure may have a therapeutic effect in certain cases by improving tubal patency, which can enhance the likelihood of natural conception.
Rimkus Therapy is an individualized form of bioidentical hormone therapy using human-identical hormones according to the Rimkus method. The hormones are prepared in specially compounded capsules and tailored precisely to the needs of each patient.Treatment is guided by hormone level testing and the patient’s individual symptoms, combined with regular follow-up examinations and personalized dosage adjustments. This approach allows symptoms related to hormonal imbalance to be treated effectively and in a targeted manner.
