Sports Medicine & Treatment Approach
At LANS Medicum, you will find an interdisciplinary sports medicine team comprising specialists in orthopedics, trauma surgery, internal medicine, general medicine, sports science, and physiotherapy. We treat private patients (PKV) as well as legally insured patients on a self-pay basis. In addition, we are licensed by the professional association to perform M-doctor procedures for professional athletes.
We offer comprehensive expertise in the treatment of orthopedic and traumatological conditions, with a particular focus on sports orthopedics and rehabilitation.
Together with our therapeutic team, we diagnose acute and chronic overload injuries as well as damage caused by incorrect strain and develop an individualized treatment concept tailored to your needs. Treatment is holistic and multimodal.
We support recreational and professional athletes alike in achieving their personal goals.
Drawing on experience from competitive and elite sports, we structure treatment and rehabilitation programs in a time-efficient and concept-driven manner. Using advanced sports medicine diagnostics, functional disorders and overload injuries can be identified early or avoided altogether. Together, we work individually on technique, endurance, and strength — always tailored to the specific demands of your sport.
Our primary goal is to avoid unnecessary surgery and to activate the body’s natural self-healing processes.
For legally insured patients and athletes, we are happy to provide transparent cost overviews for self-pay treatments.
Please feel free to schedule an appointment — and get (re)fit with us.
